Stainless steel fume hood

Shell description: The shell is made of 1.0mm stainless steel steel plate (304) in the CNC machining center, cut, positioned, punched, bent and welded, and the surface is flat without solder joints.
Inner shell description: 1.0MM stainless steel plate is used. Equipped with detachable maintenance holes for easy maintenance of circuits, water circuits and air circuits.
Fluorescent lamp description: The fluorescent lamp is hidden on the panel, not in contact with the airflow in the fume hood, and easy to replace. It uses a 30W fluorescent lamp and 5mm tempered glass.
Handle description: Use corrosion-resistant pvc handle.
Guide plate description: adopt 1.0MM stainless steel plate.
Power description: Use laboratory special power socket, six-hole 10A universal socket.
Window description: The aluminum profile is matched with the plastic profile frame, the adjustable window is 5mm safety (tempered) glass, stepless balanced lifting, and can be hovered at any position.
Adjusting feet description: The steel adjustable feet are used, and the cabinet height can be adjusted appropriately according to the indoor floor. The maximum adjustment is 0-30mm.
Process description: After all steel plates are welded and polished, they are visually smooth and have no solder joints. Three baffles allow harmful gases in different height spaces to be discharged from different sections. The fume hood discharges the air in the fume hood at a speed of 0.5m/s on the operating surface to ensure that there is no residual gas. The ventilation efficiency is high, the exhaust air volume is about 1600m3/h, and the noise is low.
Lower cabinet (general bottom cabinet), door panel: 1.0mm stainless steel steel plate (double layer), non-welded connection, detachable and shock-absorbing pad. It is formed after CNC machining center, cutting, positioning and drilling, bending and welding.
