Steel and wooden experimental platform

Countertop: 12.7mm thick core physical and chemical board countertop (thickened on the outer edge), resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, radiant heat resistance, water resistance, high temperature resistance 140 ℃. Easy to clean and maintain.
Steel frame: The steel frame made of cold-rolled steel plates and steel pipes (the main steel frame steel pipe specification is 40*60) and other materials are assembled and welded to become the main supporting structure of the test bench. After the desktop is connected to the steel frame, it can bear a load of >300㎏/㎡. All steel components are phosphated and treated with epoxy resin spray (all connection accessories are galvanized) to prevent metal corrosion. The vertical steel frame is equipped with horizontal adjustment feet at the front and back of the vertical steel frame and the ground. The adjustment range >30mm.

Cabinet body: use 18mm-16mm thick high-quality melamine forming board after cutting and then undergo high-temperature hot-press edge sealing treatment with imported equipment, and the hardware connectors are galvanized and rust-proofed.

Slide rail: The drawer slide rail is a load-bearing slide rail.
Handle: Use corrosion-resistant pvc handle.
Edge sealing: The drawer surface and door surface are sealed by 2mm thick PVC high temperature hot pressing.
Foot: Adjustable steel foot.
Water basin: The water basin is a polypropylene (PP) water basin specially used in the chemical laboratory.
Faucet: The faucet is a three-port single-cold faucet dedicated to the chemical laboratory, made of copper paint.
Power supply: The power socket on the side table desktop is an oblique universal socket.
